Are you addicted to your cell phone?
According to a recent article from The New York Times,
There was a report done by The Journal of the American Medical Association that indicated that being on the phone all day can alter brain activity.
"The report said it was unclear whether the changes in the brain -- an increase in glucose metabolism after using the phone for less than an hour -- had any negative health or behavioral effects."
So what should you do? The article suggests holding the phone away from your ear, or using a head set or speaker phone, to eliminate any risks. It also states that "Texting, instead of talking, might be safer."
"You can get an idea of the relative amounts of radiation various cellphone models emit by looking at their SAR, or specific absorption rate."
