My great experience with MOTM began even before moving day. Not only did MOTM have the most competitive rates I could find, but Peter, our Relocation Consultant, was extremely helpful and professional in addressing our pre-move questions and concerns. Then, on the day of the actual move, the crew called in advance to let me know they were on their way, they arrived on time, and they were extremely professional. They took excellent care of our belongings, and did not break, drop, or lose anything. They even happily agreed to help move a piece of furniture within our new home that was not on our estimate, and were understanding and cooperative with the difficult parking situation at both homes. Best experience I have ever had with movers, hands down. I would absolutely recommend MOTM to anyone looking for a worry-free, budget-friendly experience.
